What is the NDAA?
Every year Congress authorizes the budget of the Defense Department by means of the National Defense Authorization Act.Seems simple enough. So why is this year any different than previous years? Why should we be alarmed? This year's legislation contains alarming provisions that empower the United States Armed Forces to engage in civlian law enforcement and the ability to suspend habeas corpus, due process, and other Constitutional rights indefinitely without trial.

Can you say,"Bye Bye Constitution"?
The NDAA 2012 allows the Armed Forces to selectively suspend many 5th and 6th ammendment rights of terror suspects on U.S. soil. With the signing of this bill President Obama made indefinite detention lawful and severely weakened the Constitutional rights of all U.S. citizens.According to the constitution this is illegal.Yet it remains and it has also remained out of the headlines of mainstream news.

Section 1021 of the NDAA allows that, foriegn nationals who are alleged to have commited or suspected of sympathizing with,or providing any level of support to any" group" that the U.S. "designates" as a terrorist organization or affiliate or associated force can be imprisoned, without formal charges or trial, until the end of hostilities. This is a very broad and general definition of possible people covered by the the law.Since the war on terror is actually just a war on a "tactic",not a state,it is without parameters and indefinite. With this law the government can detain indefinitely, anyone they percieve a threat to national security and stability. The undeniable open ended definition can be used to detain demonstators and peaceful protesters excercising their First Ammendment Rights. While the law does not directly pertain to U.S. citizens and legal aliens,it does not exclude or protect them in any way.The law strengthens and broadens the executive branches authority given by the 2001 AUMF(Authorization for Use of Military Force).

Section 1022 of the law does pertain to U.S. citizens and allows open ended executive judgement in regard to handling U.S. citizens making detention of citizens an "option"instead of a "requirement" as it is for a non citizen of the U.S. How sweet and thoughtful. The reality here is that any U.S. citizen can "legally"be detained indefinitely and executed without a trial. Yes ,Executed without a trial. Can you say,"Bye Bye Constitution"?

President Obama included with his signature a promise that his administration would never detain U.S. citizens indefinitely without trial. What it does not include is a promise that every administration following his will do the same. Also this wieghtless promise does not mean that at any time this administration cannot change it's mind and legally detain anyone indefinitely. No one on the planet is now legally protected from the U.S. to snatch them from bed at night and haul them to Guantanamo and leave them there forever. With the totalitarian authority given to the executive branch and open ended definitions of terrorist, anyone is subject to "disappear" without their having to have been any substantial evidence of guilt what-so-ever.This law stands to produce a paranoia similar to the Salem Witch Hunts and the Spanish Inquisition where all one has to do is report a rival or enemy or someone they are at odds with and since there's no need for a trial they are burned at the stake. This may seem improbable but to be honest with one's self so did the Inquisition. The potential for this to become a serious threat to the way of life of every U.S.citizen is tremendous. From a patriot citizen this law could honestly be perceived as a direct attack on the sovereignty of this country and the principles on which it was founded. Insisting that everyone that facilitated the passing of this law is in conflict with the Constitution of The United States of America and attempting to topple said Constitution and guilty of treason.

The ability of the government to pass this type of law is a direct reflection of the state of complacency and self centered mind set of the citizens of the U.S.Another sobering fact that is lying in the shadows and may be a fore telling of things to come is the fact that this legislation continues spending huge amounts of money on "defense"when all troops are being drawn from Iraq and military leaders have announced the completion of the U.S.'s mission in Afghanistan. Why continue to spend money that they don't have when the debt is in ridiculously high numbers on defense that supposedly isn't needed?

In conclusion
The NDAA 2012 is now written in the history of the United States of America. The law is available to view and is not a far fetched tale fabricated by paranoid conspiracy theorists.http://www.gpo.gov/fdsys/search/searchresults.action?st=ndaa+2012

The National Defense Authorization Act authorizes the military and executive branch to detain indefinitely without trial anyone on the planet that they perceive as a threat to the Government of the U.S.It does not contain any protection from this unlawful detention for citizens of the U.S.and allows for an open ended and unaccountable authority over the citizens by the military and executive branch of the government.

Meth Laws, helping or Hurting Our Society?

Meth Laws, helping or Hurting Our Society?

Repair the broken system.remove political parties from "OUR"government

When this country was in it's beginning stages several of the prominent founding fathers were against allowing the party system.Their warnings fell on deaf ears unfortunately and now as testimony of the brilliance of these men we the people of the US find ourselves faced with martial law . We have lost a substantial portion of our Constitutional rights and the debt our government has laid upon us is overwhelming at the least. At a time when the world has begun to view this country as violent oppressors our government spouts rhetoric of reform and freedom against the leaders of third world countries and encourages demonstration and revolution to people living in these countries. While hypocritically removing the freedom of peaceful protest, free speech, freedom of the press on it's own shores and passes laws allowing the executive branch to police and detain indefinitely it's own citizens. This country has been viewed as a beacon of hope and equality in the past but sadly due to the base corruption of the governing body and special interest groups is now seen as the great evil on the earth. The time has come to once again be the force of liberty and freedom and this can only be attained by a unified collective voice of outrage and a demand of change. Our fathers bled the ground red to ensure our rights and freedom and if we lose it then their sacrifice was for nothing. The time has come to let go of petty disagreements and bickering among us and embrace one another and stand together and demand change.

Be Bold Be Proud Be Free

The greatest collection of words I have personally heard of or read by any man the last three hundred years.Spoken not to masses in a false representation to solicit votes but to the few behind closed doors in opposition to corruption. One of only a very tiny group that actually holds the interests of the citizens of this country as important. If you claim to be a patriot of the United States of America you should listen to this speech and look beyond the propaganda and through the lies and programming that you have been exposed to since your birth. This speech is not for anonymous, this speech is in defense of the Constitution. It was delivered to a Congress that normally cannot agree on anything but was almost unanimous in agreement with removing your Constitutional rights. If you can hear these words and not understand the levity of the situation that now confronts us all,I suggest you take the time from your busy lives, push back the fearful or doubtful thoughts of denial and simply read the now active laws that is readily available on multiple information sites. The only way to halt the march of tyranny is to educate those who unknowingly or inadvertently support the corrupt men who intend on total domination of our society."This can't really be happening to us.Not America."Really? So Empirical power and greed are a new thing to the human race? Not according to man's long history.Freedom and Justice are but tiny flashes of light in the dark history of mankind.A history shrouded by the cloak of greed and power of the few over the many.Fear and submission was our heritage until the founding of this Great Country, and even then it has been attacked from within on numerous occasions. It is under attack this very moment and liberty and equality are on the ropes with blacked eyes and bleeding cuts.Un-learn the programming, wipe the fog from your eyes and with calm determined outrage be resolute.Let go of petty differences between each other and focus on the rising enemy that is intent on seeing this country and the world as slaves. Is a totalitarian state the heritage you want to let your children and grandchildren inherit?Do you want to tell them bed-time stories of "the good old days" and how everyone was equal and free to live as they pleased? If not then accept the responsibility and duty to refresh the memories of the "public servants"that see you as cattle to be controlled and herded in whatever direction"they"see fit.Stand up and show your outrage over the irresponsible management of your money and the nonchalant theft that is the norm.Stand up and demand accountability of the men and women that have committed crimes against the Constitution and hold anyone involved in passing laws in violation with that Constitution accountable for treason against the sovereignty of the US.We the citizens of this country should not be controlled by the few at the top, they should be controlled by the citizens and the law.Decide soon who you are and in what values you believe, for your enemy has already began their first move.

Feeding The Homeless BANNED In Major Cities All Over America

Economic Collapse
March 22, 2012
What would you do if you came across someone on the street that had not had anything to eat for several days? Would you give that person some food? Well, the next time you get that impulse you might want to check if it is still legal to feed the homeless where you live. Sadly, feeding the homeless has been banned in major cities all over America. Other cities that have not banned it outright have put so many requirements on those that want to feed the homeless (acquiring expensive permits, taking food preparation courses, etc.) that feeding the homeless has become “out of reach” for most average people. Some cities are doing these things because they are concerned about the “health risks” of the food being distributed by ordinary “do-gooders”. Other cities are passing these laws because they do not want homeless people congregating in city centers where they know that they will be fed. But at a time when poverty and government dependence are soaring to unprecedented levels, is it really a good idea to ban people from helping those that are hurting?

This is just another example that shows that our country is being taken over by control freaks. There seems to be this idea out there that it is the job of the government to take care of everyone and that nobody else should even try.
But do we really want to have a nation where you have to get the permission of the government before you do good to your fellow man?
It isn’t as if the government has “rescued” these homeless people. Homeless shelters all over the nation are turning people away each night because they have no more room. There are many homeless people that are lucky just to make it through each night alive during the winter.
Sometimes a well-timed sandwich or a cup of warm soup can make a world of difference for a homeless person. But many U.S. cities have decided that feeding the homeless is such a threat that they had better devote law enforcement resources to making sure that it doesn’t happen.
This is so twisted. In America today, you need a “permit” to do almost anything. We are supposed to be a land of liberty and freedom, but these days government bureaucrats have turned our rights into “privileges” that they can revoke at any time.
The following are some of the major U.S. cities that have attempted to ban feeding the homeless….
Philadelphia
Mayor Nutter recently banned feeding homeless people in many parts of Philadelphia where homeless people are known to congregate….
Philadelphia Mayor Michael Nutter has announced a ban on the feeding of large numbers of homeless and hungry people at sites on and near the Benjamin Franklin Parkway.
Mayor Nutter is imposing the ban on all outdoor feedings of large numbers of people on city parkland, including Love Park and the Ben Franklin Parkway, where it is not uncommon for outreach groups to offer free food.
Nutter says the feedings lack both sanitary conditions and dignity.
Orlando
Last June, a group of activists down in Orlando, Florida were arrested by police for feeding the homeless in defiance of a city ordinance….
Over the past week, twelve members of food activist group Food Not Bombs have been arrested in Orlando for giving free food to groups of homeless people in a downtown park. They were acting in defiance of a controversial city ordinance that mandates permits for groups distributing food to large groups in parks within two miles of City Hall. Each group is allowed only two permits per park per year; Food Not Bombs has already exceeded their limit. They set up their meatless buffet in Lake Eola knowing that they would likely be arrested as a result.
Houston
Down in Houston, a group of Christians was recently banned from distributing food to the homeless, and they were told that they probably would not be granted a permit to do so in the future even if they applied for one….
Bobby and Amanda Herring spent more than a year providing food to homeless people in downtown Houston every day. They fed them, left behind no trash and doled out warm meals peacefully without a single crime being committed, Bobby Herring said.
That ended two weeks ago when the city shut down their “Feed a Friend” effort for lack of a permit. And city officials say the couple most likely will not be able to obtain one.
“We don’t really know what they want, we just think that they don’t want us down there feeding people,” said Bobby Herring, a Christian rapper who goes by the stage name Tre9.
Dallas
Dallas has also adopted a law which greatly restricts the ability of individuals and ministries to feed the homeless….
A Dallas-area ministry is suing the city over a food ordinance that restricts the group from giving meals to the homeless.
Courts dismissed Dallas’ request for a summary judgment last week, saying the case, brought up by pastor Don Hart (in video above) may indeed be a violation of free exercise of religion, as protected by the Texas Religious Freedom Restoration Act, the blog Religion Clause reported.
In the court filing, the ministry leaders argue that their Christian faith requires them to share meals with the homeless (Jesus did!) and that the requirement that even churches and charities provide toilets, sinks, trained staff and consent of the city keeps them from doing so.
Las Vegas
A few years ago, Las Vegas became the first major U.S. city to specifically pass a law banning the feeding of homeless people….
Las Vegas, whose homeless population has doubled in the past decade to about 12,000 people in and around the city, joins several other cities across the country that have adopted or considered ordinances limiting the distribution of charitable meals in parks. Most have restricted the time and place of such handouts, hoping to discourage homeless people from congregating and, in the view of officials, ruining efforts to beautify downtowns and neighborhoods.
But the Las Vegas ordinance is believed to be the first to explicitly make it an offense to feed “the indigent.”
That law has since been blocked by a federal judge, and since then many U.S. cities have been very careful not to mention “the indigent” or “the homeless” by name in the laws they pass that are intended to ban feeding the homeless.
New York City
New York City has banned all food donations to government-run homeless shelters because the bureaucrats there are concerned that the donated food will not be “nutritious” enough.
Yes, this is really true.
The following is from a recent Fox News article….
The Bloomberg administration is now taking the term “food police” to new depths, blocking food donations to all government-run facilities that serve the city’s homeless.
In conjunction with a mayoral task force and the Health Department, the Department of Homeless Services recently started enforcing new nutritional rules for food served at city shelters. Since DHS can’t assess the nutritional content of donated food, shelters have to turn away good Samaritans.
Can you believe that?
The bureaucrats are officially out of control.
A D V E R T I S E M E N T

In America today, it seems like almost everything is illegal.
One church down in Louisiana was recently ordered to stop giving out water because it did not have a government permit.
Well, I don’t know about you, but I sure am going to give a cup of cold water to someone if they need it whether I have a permit or not.
It is as if common sense has totally gone out the window in this nation.
Over in New Hampshire, a woman is being sued for planting flowers in her own front yard.
This is the kind of thing that makes me glad that I have moved to a much more rural location. People in the country tend to be much more relaxed.
Sadly, those that love to micro-manage others continue to get the upper hand in America. Back in January, 40,000 new laws went into effect all over America. The politicians continue to hit us with wave after wave of regulations and laws with no end in sight.
All of this is making America a very unpleasant place in which to live.

No more 1rst amendment

You think it can't happen here? You are wrong it is happening here and it will get worse if the people of this great land do not stand together and fight for the freedom that our fore fathers bled for.The current events should arouse outrage as The Executive branch AND Congress work to eliminate your rights. To all you police officers;Do you have no sense of patriotism? Are you too blind or stupid to think that this will not impact you and your families just as it will everyone else?I'm challenging you as a citizen of The United States of America to grow some honor and do the right thing and harassing citizens exercising their 1rst amendment rights is way off the mark. Rather you should be putting the cuffs on those responsible for the toppling of this country. Open your eyes before it is too late for all even you.
To the rest of the Loyal Americans; When you are in the midst of heated arguments between democrat and Republican keep one thing in mind,Neither party really cares beyond the ballot box what happens to you or what you believe in.This is not just a radical opinion it is proven fact.At flaw is the founding fathers allowing political parties into our government.Until these two powers are removed our government will never be efficient or honest or free of manipulation by special interest groups that own the current parties.
A very enlightened man once said,"However [political parties] may now and then answer popular ends, they are likely in the course of time and things, to become potent engines, by which cunning, ambitious, and unprincipled men will be enabled to subvert the power of the people and to usurp for themselves the reins of government, destroying afterwards the very engines which have lifted them to unjust dominion."
GEORGE WASHINGTON, Farewell Address, Sep. 17, 1796
Now,my brothers and sisters the question is,"What are willing to accept and what principles and values do you have?"
